King Arthur Flour wanted to change perceptions about baking—to make it fresh and exciting. In response, HZ repositioned the brand entirely—marketing their products as artisanal treasures for a new generation of bakers. In conjunction with a brand refresh, a food truck helped bring the locally cherished brand out of the Vermont woods, where it continues to convert bakers across the nation.
